The mission of the 1000 Women Initiative is to enable the advancement of 1000 women into CXO and Board roles by 2030. The initiative was conceived with the purpose of bringing to the fore, women across the globe, who have the character, courage and competence to successfully tackle the challenges in the 21st century. It offers an integrated approach to companies towards achieving their leadership diversity goals as well as ESG targets and aims to advance one thousand leaders who know what they intend to accomplish and are poised for a lifetime of impact. The initiative provides a unique platform for female executives to fine-tune their leadership skills, connect with their peers across industries and expand access to leadership roles with greater opportunities for impact.
